By using Boardesa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or board.
Use of the whiteboard
Boardesa is provided as a browser-based tool for drawing, writing, importing images, adding sticky notes, planning diagrams, and visual explanation. You are responsible for the content you create, save, export, import, or share using the board.
Local storage
Saved board data is stored in your browser. Boardesa does not provide cloud backup. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using private browsing may remove saved board data.
Acceptable use
Do not use Boardesa to create, distribute, or promote unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass normal browser protections, or misuse any advertising or monetization features.
Exports and shared files
When you export a board as PNG, SVG, PDF, or .boardesa, the exported file is controlled by you. Review the file before sharing it, especially if the board contains names, contact details, account references, private links, imported screenshots, or business information. Boardesa is not responsible for where you choose to store, publish, or send exported files after download.
Advertising and third-party services
Boardesa may use analytics or advertising services on informational pages. Any advertising implementation should respect the product experience, avoid misleading placements, and follow applicable Google publisher and advertising policies. Ads are not part of the core drawing workflow and should not be used to imitate navigation, download buttons, tool controls, or system messages.
Intellectual property
Boardesa's name, interface, design, and site content belong to Boardesa or its creator. You keep responsibility for original content you create on your own board.
No professional advice
Boardesa is a general visual workspace. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, engineering, or other professional advice.
Availability and changes
Boardesa may change over time. Features can be improved, adjusted, or removed as the product develops. The site is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
Policy pages
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are part of the site's transparency materials. They describe browser storage, analytics, advertising cookies, user choices, and contact paths. If those pages are updated, the latest version published on the site applies from its stated update date.
