If you report a bug, include the browser, device type, what you were trying to draw, and whether the issue happened before or after export. Do not send passwords, payment information, or private board content unless it is necessary for the request.
Advertising questions
For questions about advertising disclosures, cookie choices, publisher policy, or ad placement on informational pages, email the same contact address. Boardesa does not require ads to use the whiteboard, and advertising should not be placed in a way that blocks navigation, imitates buttons, or encourages accidental clicks.
