Boardesa AI for teachers

Turn an objective into decisions you can teach.

Frame the classroom context, build a coherent sequence, design evidence of learning, and prepare adaptations without handing professional judgment to a generic generator. The current experience is a local product preview; live AI is not connected.

A teaching cycle, not a document dump

Choose the professional decision in front of you.

Useful preparation connects objective, learner context, activity, time, evidence, and follow-up. Select a stage to see how Boardesa is designed to structure the work while keeping the teacher in control.

PLANLOCAL PRODUCT MODEL

Start from evidence of learning.

Define what learners should be able to do, what prior knowledge matters, how much time exists, and what evidence would count. The sequence is then built backward from that decision.

  1. Write an observable outcome
  2. Name classroom constraints
  3. Choose evidence of learning
  4. Connect time to activity

The teacher loop

Preparation should connect to evidence.

The useful result is an editable decision structure—not a polished-looking plan that ignores the actual class.

01 · CONTEXT

Describe the room the plan must enter.

Age, subject, prior knowledge, time, resources, language needs, accessibility, and safeguarding shape what is practical.

02 · SEQUENCE

Connect actions to the objective.

Warm-up, instruction, modelling, practice, and closure should each have a reason and a realistic time allocation.

03 · EVIDENCE

Decide what understanding will look like.

Questions, observations, products, explanations, and exit tasks should reveal progress toward the stated outcome.

04 · RESPONSE

Plan what happens after the evidence.

Reteaching, extension, grouping, homework, feedback, or the next lesson should change because of what learners show.

Different settings, different authority

The workflow should fit the teaching context.

A daily classroom lesson, a tutoring session, a substitute handover, and an assessment review need different levels of detail and different safeguards.

CLASSROOM

Make timing and transitions teachable.

Connect each phase to the objective, resources, grouping, checks for understanding, accessibility needs, and a realistic response when timing changes.

TUTORING

Start from the learner’s evidence.

Use prior attempts, confidence, misconceptions, and immediate feedback to size hints and choose the next practice task.

ASSESSMENT

Review alignment before administration.

Check content coverage, cognitive demand, wording, distractors, answer keys, accessibility, bias, and how results will be interpreted.

HANDOVER

Preserve the decisions another adult needs.

State objective, sequence, materials, expected evidence, likely barriers, safeguarding notes, and what can be adapted without losing the lesson purpose.

Teacher authority remains explicit

Generated structure still requires professional review.

Boardesa is being designed to reduce blank-page preparation and make planning logic visible. It does not know the full class, curriculum, safeguarding context, local policy, learner history, or professional judgment behind a teaching decision.

Teacher questions

Know what remains human.

The current site demonstrates planning behavior and boundaries. Live AI, accounts, schools, exports, and billing are still inactive.

Will Boardesa generate a complete lesson without teacher review?+

The intended workflow creates an editable starting structure. The teacher remains responsible for objectives, timing, safeguarding, curriculum fit, accessibility, and final classroom decisions.

Can the current preview process student data?+

No live AI processing is connected. The preview should not be treated as a student-record system. Data handling rules for any future live service will be published before launch.

Will Teacher Pro be available at launch?+

Teacher Pro is a planned plan concept, not an active subscription. Pricing, limits, exports, collaboration, and school terms will be confirmed only after protected infrastructure and support are ready.

Can generated quizzes be used without checking them?+

No. Questions, answer keys, difficulty, ambiguity, bias, and curriculum alignment require teacher review before classroom use.

Does Boardesa replace school-approved systems?+

No. It is a focused preparation and thinking workspace, not a student information system, learning management system, safeguarding platform, or official assessment service.
